Tell the team whether your enquiry is for commercial work or a home improvement, where the job is, and what you want done. Drawings, a programme or clear photographs help them assess the scope.

For a reception desk or bespoke cabinetry, include plans or dimensions, the finish you have in mind and the installation date. For other commercial work, include the package and site programme; for home improvements, send existing sizes or photographs if available.
